We see clients by appointment only. To schedule your appointment, please call, email, or conveniently book online. All appointments will be reserved with a credit card.
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow yourself a enough time to relax, enjoy a cup of tea, share your current health information with us, and prepare for your service. Your appointment will start at the time you confirmed.
We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. In the event of a late cancellation or no show, the fee is the amount of the scheduled service. An invoice will be sent via Square for the missed appointment and must be paid prior to scheduling a future appointment. If we are able to fill your slot with another client on a waitlist, the fee will happily be waived, so if please contact us as soon as you can.
We appreciate it if you could please give us a call if you are running late for a scheduled appointment. Your session may be shortened or rescheduled depending on your arrival time, and you will be responsible for the full payment of the scheduled service.
Gift certificates are available in any dollar amount or for a specific service. They are valid for the payment of services and products only and are not redeemable for cash. Gift certificates for expired promotions will be honored for other services for the dollar value paid.
A valid gift certificate must be redeemed at the time of service. Gift certificates are non-transferable. Please redeem within 12 months of issue.
Products that are new and unopened may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a credit or exchange. In the event a product is damaged, please contact us immediately.
There are no cash or credit card refunds; instead a credit will be given towards a future service. In addition, there are no refunds on services rendered, series packages, or gift certificates.
